Eating Right

Eat lots of fresh vegetables and quality fish and meats. Quality fish and meats are organic, free range, grass fed etc. Eggs are great. Limit fruit and try to eliminate breads and pastas. Stay away from sugar, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup. These are killers for weight loss. This will take a little effort but making these dietary changes will greatly impact your ability to lose weight.

Here's the complete food list to eat right. As much as possible, eat only the foods on this list. Is it ok to enjoy a treat or eat something not on the list? Well, that’s up to you! The point is, eat as often as possible, only the foods on this list. Organic and wild caught are always the best choices.

Food Shopping List

  • Organic, free range eggs

  • Turkey Bacon

  • Organic Turkey or Chicken Sausage

  • Coconut Milk – Vanilla if preferred

  • Green Tea bags

  • Organic chicken, breast or whole chicken

  • Organic, grass fed beef and ground beef

  • Wild caught Salmon

  • Wild caught crab

  • Stevia, flavored if desired

  • Fresh vegtables:

  • Spinach

  • Bell Pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Broccoli

  • Carrots

  • Kale

  • Green Beans

  • Onion

  • Pees

  • Fresh blue Berries

  • Organic Hummus

  • Coconut oil

  • Sea Salt, no additives

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Make sure you have spring water or high quality filter capabilities.
