The Difference Between Talk Radio and Podcasts

Podcasting is different than talk radio. In some ways there as different as night and day. Coming from being a lifelong listener of talk radio, I feel like I tried to make this show too much like a radio talk show.
It's worked out well. I get a ton of positive feedback but I'm my own worst critic and I'm always looking for ways to improve the show. Because of that I've tweaked the format of the show a little bit and I want to tell you what I've done.
I've also been on a journey trying to figure out where this is all going and I think I have a plan and I want to tell you what that plan is.
