There's been volumes written on motivation and discipline. An amazing amount for one topic. It might make you think it's some mythical or mystical state but it's not.
Whatever you're trying to do or accomplish it's going to be the result of little disciplines repeated over and over again. Sounds simple enough but what about when you don't feel like it? What about when things just aren't going your way? What do you do doing those times to stay motivated and discipline to so do the things you know you need to do?
