The big news today is protests in Iran. One report is that the U.S. warns 'world is watching'. Another says, "Protests over alleged corruption and rising prices spread to Tehran." Another report Iranian protests: Government supporters in show of strength. Well that's quite a spread. Which is it? Government supporters or anti-government activists?
President Trump Tweeted about the issue. Isn't amazing one person can send out a Tweet and all the sudden millions of people shift their attention to something? I find that fascinating but we'll have to talk more about that phenomena another time. Today I want to talk about Iran.
What are we really talking about? Is this a sign of some big change in Iran? Is this big news? Does it matter at all and why would the rest of the world care?
