Think about all the things the modern cell phone has replaced. The phone book, typewriter, weather man, mail, banks, maps, home phones, walk man, radio, camera, video camera, all replaced by the cell phone. Isn't it kind of crazy when you think about it. Who would have thought a mobile phone would replace all those things.
But is it addictive? Have you ever noticed how many people are staring at their phones? Everywhere you go, people are looking at their phones. Staring, typing, scrolling. What are they all looking for? It’s well-known that smartphone, or digital addiction can result in many negative mental effects on people over time.
